features a recommended weight limit of 1.5 to 10 kg (roughly 3.3 to 22
lbs). Cats do vary in length and shape. Check the entry dimensions to
guarantee a comfortable fit for your cat.
How does the safety system operate during rotation?
The unit relies on an xSecure system powered by 12 real-time sensors
that track movement and weight. If your cat steps inside mid-cycle, the
cylinder stops immediately and will only restart once they are safely
out of the way.
What happens if the power goes out?
The cylinder's gear is intentionally designed to be incomplete,
providing physical safety limitation. This ensures there is a permanent
opening no matter what. Even with absolutely no power and no active
sensors, your cat will never be trapped and can always safely back out.
